Employment listings are made available as a service to the SCSU Real Estate Alumni and SCSU Students.  The listings are added by the prospective employer and are not directly regulated by the Alumni Association.  Anyone may place an add at anytime free of charge.  Once the position has been filled or the listing is no longer needed we ask that you please e-mail us so we can clear it.  You can also send us the job in a PDF file and we will post it.

  • Job Description: CFO Commercial Real Estate Developer Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Property Type: Commercial Real Estate Salary Range: Based on Experience Experience: • At least 5 years experience in a CFO role in a real estate development company • At least 15 years experience in accounting in a real estate development environment • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate development process • Strong understanding of real estate finance and accounting, including real estate tax accounting • Ability to see big picture with detail • CPA preferred My client is a land development company. They are currently working on 500+ acre master planned mixed use resort, hotels, entertainment, restaurant, retail, general commercial and residential/timeshare/fractional ownership development in TN. It is a 10 year project. The CFO will be based in the Twin Cities. Approximate Start Date: January 15, 2009
